CPR of America is proud to provide the public with a variety of American Heart Association courses tailor-made to fit your individual needs. These courses are taught every week, at a variety of times to fit your busy schedule.
BLS Provider Class
This course teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in medical environments, with a focus on High-Quality CPR and team dynamics.
Heartsaver
Heartsaver courses are designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for a job, regulatory (for example, OSHA), or other requirements. These courses can also be taken by anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting. For many Heartsaver courses, students receive a course completion card that is valid for 2 years.
Friends and Family
The Family & Friends CPR Course teaches the lifesaving skills of adult Hands-Only CPR, adult CPR with breaths, child CPR with breaths, adult and child AED use, infant CPR, and mild and severe airway block for adults, children, and infants. Skills are taught in a dynamic group environment using the AHA’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which provides students with the most hands-on CPR practice time possible.

CPR of America is proud to offer high-quality classes to recreational departments of all shapes and sizes. We offer reasonable rates with certified American Heart Association instructors that will come to you. There are a variety of levels of CPR including BLS for Healthcare Providers, Heartsaver, and Friends and Family. Each class provides students with real-life scenarios, hands-on practice on manikins with rate monitors, and a two year American Heart Association Certification card. Each of the Recreational Departments that we have worked with rave about the variety of classes that we taught and all of the positive feedback that they got from our courses. From small country towns to metropolitan areas we guaranteed that your needs will be fulfilled.
